I'm mad at myself for liking you. I'm sorry I wasted our time
I got tired of waiting, I just hope ill be fine
I'm getting sick of being alone, it’s been too long
Then there’s you, but nothings there; even when you’re gone
I need time on my own to sit down and think
About every little thing and everything I want
I don’t know if we made a mistake, we never got that far
But my dying heart needs a partner, and its not you
Why am I thinking like this? I can only blame me
But if we were to try, you’ll see it wasn’t meant to be
My soul is young and it’s never too late, I thought all the sign were clear
But we were lied to by fate
And all this passion has turned to hate.
