Things are forgotten,
It leaves memories broken,
So many things,
Such as flings.

I smile because you told me to,
You forgot because you always do,
My thoughts morbid,
Even if you're still solid.

You can't remember me,
Even if we were meant to be,
It all needs to be ending,
Because I can't keep bending.

Emotions aren't shown,
Otherwise we'd be blown,
Away,
They won't stay.

If you try hard,
They'll burst in shards,
So calm down,
Or you'll drown.

But still remember me,
Because we were meant to be,
Fate chose to abandon us,
I'll embrace it as a memory.

Where did we go wrong?
How did the beginning get so long?
