I Love/Hate You Forever

This happened to me and I hope you will comment it…
He said the three words, she got scared
The ones that changed her perspective, the nes always there
She was nervous; she hid in a dark corner
He felt bad, he went looking for her
She was a masochist, he didn’t know
He thought she was innocent, it didn’t show
She didn’t want him to know, she didn’t want to tell
With the blade in her hand she collapsed and fell
Balling her eyes out, she didn’t know what to do next
He remained in her thoughts, she read the text
"i love you, you'll stay in my head"
But deep in his heart, she knew of all the dread
She only wants him to know the truth, she really wants to die
Thoughts repel, were the last three words lies?
