I Kind Of Miss You In The Night

Angel, I came out of my melancholy flight
And I am quite myself again
I knew I had strength enough to fight
The excruciating pain
And in the middle of my affliction
I chanced to find someone new
Who gave me tender love and affection
And is just as lovely as you
Her lips are just as warm and exciting
And her fragrance just as sweet
She gave me true love and understanding
And made my life complete
Yes, at first I thought I’ll never be the same
But now I think I’ve won the fight
Yet, sometimes I can’t help whisper your name
And kind of miss you in the night
