I Build Muscle Naturally to Increase Muscle Size..Do You?
Do you build muscle naturally? You should if you want to increase muscle size and stay alive long enough to enjoy it.
I decided early on that I was going to build muscle naturally to increase muscle size. I have seen too many horrible effects of guys that have taken anabolic steroids to get big. Unless you have been living under a rock you know who these guys are, they show all the signs of steroid abuse. They usually look kinda bloated and almost look like a block of stone. They are the ones that are usually doing dumbbell presses with 150 pounds in each hand. These guys usually are very aggressive, you know "Roid Rage" and more times than not have a bad case of acne from all the drugs. I don't need to tell you all the harmful effects from using steroids, just go to google and search to see what these guys did to their bodies.

Natural muscle building does work, it just takes commitment on your part to train hard and train properly coupled with the added muscle building diet to build muscles and keep the gains you make. You see, by doing it naturally you are building new muscle fiber that will not atrophy (go away) like they would if you were doing steroids and then suddenly stopped. As you are adding muscle to your body you are adding years to your life by adopting a clean lifestyle. Now this will not build muscle fast relative to taking drugs but it will build a long lasting physique that is very impressive.

While I am natural I have also found ways to help jump start my increase in muscle mass. The program I am using no is to train each body part once a week using a four day routine. This will build muscle fast if you don't fall victim to the over training syndrome. Monday is chest and triceps, Tuesday I do biceps and back, Thursday is leg day and Friday I do shoulders. Thursday and Tuesday I will blast the abs. I am on this cycle for the ten weeks and then I will change it up. Consistency is the key. Try and be consistent with your training schedule so you don't break the cycle of muscle growth or your hard work will have been for nothing.
To increase muscle size and build muscle fast, just remember that the program you use must be followed strictly. You will start seeing muscle gains. An important thing to understand is when to change your routine to keep your muscles from adapting to the workout. We have to constantly shock and confuse the muscle to force it to grow. You are just wasting your time if you do the same thing over and over again.
