  • Breakfast: 1 portion of fruits + 1 portion of meat/eggs + 2 portions of bread/starch + 1 portion of fat + 1 portion of 2% milk
  • Morning Snack: 1 portion of meat + 1 portion of bread/starch + 1 portion of bread/starch + 1 portion of fat
  • Lunch: 2 portions of meat, fish, poultry or cheese + 2 portions of bread/starch + 2 portions of raw vegetables + 1 portion of fruit + 2 portions of fat
  • Afternoon Snack: 1 portion of meat + 2 portions of bread/starch + 1 portion of fat + ½ portion of 2% milk
  • Supper: 2 portions of meat, fish, poultry or cheese + 2 portions of bread/starch + 2 portions of raw vegetables + 1 portion of sugar free dessert + 2 portions of fat
  • Bedtime Snack: 1 portion of bread + 1 portion of 2% milk
