Hustle and Bustle
A few lines to help us remember that we need to take the time to thank God for the simple things in life......
Sights that never cease to amaze me
The clear blue sky up above
Birds fluttering about in love
An entire day goes by so fast
Before you know its all in the past
No time to do things again if wrong
Just hope for the best and move along
This cycle goes on for ever and ever
And nothing we do to change the fever
Of moving along so very fast
Trying to make every penny while we last
The day will come when we are no more
And we will have nothing to show
The trinkets and baubles earned on this Earth
Will not provide heaven's journey berth
Take the time to get on bended knee
Thank Him with a heart full of glee
Prayer, when compared to wealth and riches
Has more power to grant your wishes
I wake up every morning and see
Sights that never cease to amaze me
I thank the Lord for giving me this day
And the chance for me to follow His Way.
