Humanitarian Aid-worker in Ogaden or Abyssinian Secret Services?

The recent Human Rights Watch Report on Ogaden has shaken the criminal tyrannical regime of Abyssinia (fake ‘Ethiopia’) from its corrupt, barbaric and inhuman foundations.

Followed and corroborated by an equally devastating Appeal issued two weeks later by the Ogaden Human Rights, the Report makes state of appallingly inhuman policies carried out by racist Tigray and Amhara thugs and death squads who impersonate the supposed soldiers of a national army, while being tribal terrorists and religious extremists.

What is at stake?

The continuation of the illegal annexation of Ogaden by Abyssinia, which has been the latest stage in the colonial period throughout the Horn of Africa. Not a single inhabitant of the Ogaden province of Somalia has ever accepted the colonial transfer of authority from the departing English to the barbaric, totalitarian and criminal Abyssinian pseudo-king Haile Selassie in 1948 – 55.

Ever since, Ogaden has been in ceaseless turmoil, similarly with South Sudan that crossed a period of 50 years of Civil War. All the inhabitants of Ogaden supported Siad Barre, the great Somali president who decided - without the help of any other country - to deliver the oppressed and tyrannized Ogadenis from the hands of the racist Amhara and Tigray Abyssinians who had viewed the Abyssinian sovereignty over Ogaden as a means of hateful historical revenge against the humiliating historical defeat of the Abyssinian kingdom by the illustrious Somali King Ahmed Ibn Ibrahim.

In fact, the untold (in Europe and America) historical truth about the Amhara and Tigray Abyssinians is that since 1270 they have lived under an inhumanly racist regime which imposed, as means of its own survival, a uniquely racist and inhuman version of pseudo-historical dogma founded on an Odium Paper, far worse than the Protocols of Zion, named Kebra Negast. Anti-Islamic Vengeance prevails throughout the lines of this theologically irrelevant, historically inconsistent and politically evil composition that excels in the vilification of all African Muslims, all African followers of indigenous religions, and the Roman Catholic Christianity. However, this historical forgery has been imposed by the illiterate debteraw, the dismal monks of Hatred, on the tiny Amhara kingdom as cornerstone of the national education and culture.

What is even worse is that there has never been a political, social or ideological effort among the Amhara and Tigray Abyssinian elite to go beyond this medieval lunacy, to refute ignorance and darkness, and to reject the totalitarian socio-political structure of their societies, which continued intact under either ‘monarchical’, ‘communist’ or ‘republican’ etiquette. That is why today, Abyssinia is the world’s most obscurantist, anachronistic, totalitarian, and undeveloped state - to the benefit of the ruling Monophysitic (heretic) Amhara and Tigray Abyssinians who total only 18% of the country’s population, and to prejudice (or extinction of all the rest).

The peak of the Abyssinian Racism is the Monophysitic (heretic) Amhara and Tigray Abyssinians’ perverse intention to impose the aforementioned dogma on all the tyrannized nations, thus contributing to these nations’ ultimate spiritual genocide. In case of reaction, and there have been thousands of cases in this regard, physical genocide has been constantly opted by the ruthless Monophysitic (heretic) Amhara and Tigray Abyssinians.

Because of this, all the Monophysitic (heretic) Amhara and Tigray Abyssinians realize that unprecedented disaster will fall upon them, if the oppressed nations of Abyssinia achieve independence. It is widely known in Abyssinia that, if the oppressed nations secede, the Amhara will turn out to be the poorest, most undeveloped and most backward nation in the world.

That is why most of them are currently mobilized, denying the truth published by Human Rights NGOs, promoting the racist and historically fallacious notion of the pseudo-Ethiopian "nation", sticking to the basic tenants of the traditional Abyssinian political ideology of Anti-Islamic Hysteria, Odium and Racial Superiority, and pursuing intensive lobbying efforts to portray the repugnant, anachronistic and inhuman tyranny as possible ally of America, Europe and the Christian world in a Latter Day Crusade against Islam.

A Reaction to my article by ‘Quixotis’

One typical denial of the recent Report and Appeal took the form of comment – reaction to my recently published article "Break Down Colonial Relic ‘Ethiopia’ – Liberate Ogaden – Arrest Criminal Gangster Meles Zenawi". Quite indicatively, the author picked up a nickname to cover his/her identity; he portrayed himself / herself as ‘Quixotis’ (the Latin and Greek form of the famous hero Don Quijote de la Mancha – in English Don Quixote – of the foremost Spanish author Miguel de Cervantes).

Usually, the hero denotes unrealistic extremism, but this is a speedy and superficial reading of Miguel de Cervantes. In fact, Don Quijote is a far more nuanced idiosyncrasy, and a more academic approach to his character would reveal the two axes of personality: "Don Quixote is a delusional romantic who has read too many chivalric romances. His character embodies unrealistic extremism, which is an exposition of the tragedy of idealism in a corrupt world".

‘Quixotis’, Don Quijote de la Mancha, and Abyssinia

Why this reader selected this particular nickname may be anyone’s guess; in his comment, he portrays him/herself as "humanitarian aid-worker". One possible interpretation is that he finds the Don Quixote model as attractive for him/herself. Another explanation may be that he / she considers me as Quixotic and, without stating it in his text, he hints at it by selecting this pen name. If the latter is true, he is not the first.

Recent personal attacks against me, emanating from Amhara and Tigray circles, attributed this name to me, in an effort to present my historical and political approach to Abyssinia as unrealistic. The following is just an example:

"Our own sycophants and foot-soldiers of a certain "Don Quixote a La Messer" by the name Megalommatis, who seemed to have convinced himself as waging a decisive battle against Ethiopia right now, have spent no time to jump into this trap and deliver what Woyannes have exactly hoped to get by pouring their derogatory name callings on the people of Beneshangul".

Of course, the educational – cultural background of the addisvoice author is low, miserable and execrable; he even confuses the name of the hero, Don Quijote de la Mancha!

What is even worse for these uneducated pseudo-journalists is the attempt to use stuff they don’t know, namely Spanish Literature; it slipped their memory that, if my approach toward Abyssinia is Quixotic, this automatically makes of Abyssinia a corrupt place. Corruption is the reason of Don Quixote’s unrealistic extremism.

I will republish here Quixotis’ Comment, and the two pertinent refutations of his / her comment that have been published thus far. Then, I will comment per point. Numbers encrusted in Quixotis’ Comment correspond to points of my commentary – refutation.

‘Quixotis’ : the Abyssinian Secret Services

The identity of Quixotis is certainly not that of a ‘humanitarian aid-worker’; even if a humanitarian aid-worker has comments and objections for a certain Human Rights NGO (as Quixotis has for OHCR), he/she would never start a text by a direct attack against the NGO without substantiating the attack later. Certainly, one has to admit that the text is deprived of all the customary Amhara and Tigray Abyssinian lumpen reactions which are all full of insulting vocabulary and direct threats.

So, who could have the interest to directly attack OHRC, and at the same time portray the ONLF as a terrorist group, and reproach me for re-igniting "13th century land disputes", while keeping a civil tongue in their head?

The answer is simple: the Abyssinian Secret Services, Department International Propaganda. Their activities involve a wide range of efforts and demarches from fake portals to fake organizations, fake commentators and fake stories. In different forthcoming articles, we will focus on various ramifications of DIP, exposing their efforts.

Dr. Muhammad Shamsaddin Megalommatis is at best misleading and at worst out-right lying. The Ogaden Human Rights Committee (OHCR) is not by any means an objective, non-partisan body 1; it is fully controlled by the Ogaden National Liberation Front (ONLF) 2. The ONLF are a rebel faction taking arms against the government it resides among, i.e. Ethiopia, 3 through it's militaristic 4 (terrorist? 5) arm called the Ogaden National Liberation Army (ONLA).

Why? Because the ONLF claim that Ethiopia is an occupying government (the people of the Ogaden are primarily ethnic Somali's but 6 have been part of Ethiopia since at least 1897) 7. Yet, the Ogaden people are represented in the Ethiopian government 8, including by the opposition party SPDP - Somali Peoples Democratic Party.

It seems Dr. Muhammad Shamsaddin Megalommatis is trying 9 to re-ignite 13th & 14th century land disputes 10. It is widely known that the Ogaden conflict is more related to regional and international politics of religion - involving many stakeholders including the US, Egypt, Kenya, Saudi Arabia, Libya, Sudan, Qatar and various Arab countries - rather than a local dispute. 11

I am neither Somali or Ethiopian but have lived and worked in both of those countries (including the Ogaden region) as a humanitarian aid-worker. 12

It is true that Ethiopia is the only black colonizer in the history of black people but what surprised me is that they still continue to this day in the Ogaden

Quixotis perhaps lived both in Somalia and Ethiopia as a humanitarian aid worker, but has not been to Ogaden region any time. Because, the numbers of expatriates who worked in the Ogaden as a humanitarian aid workers are known, and they all witnessed the bad plight of the poor people in the region.

Quixotis said that OHRC is not by any means an objective, non-partisan body. What about International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), Doctors Without Border (MSF), and others which the Ethiopian government kicked them off?

Didn’t you read the last report of Human Rights Watch?

OHRC is just like any other Human Rights organization reporting the human rights abuses in the Ogaden by the insane Ethiopian army.

You should not be obsessed with the hatred and detestation you have towards Ogaden National Liberation Front (ONLF / 1985 – present), which is struggling for their rights just like other liberation fronts before them, including Western Somali Liberation Front (WSLF / 1976 - 1982), Ogaden Liberation Front (OLF / 1960-1964), Nasrulah (1950 – 1960), Darvish Liberation Movements (1889 – 1921), which all did not accept the inhuman degrading treatment of the Somalis in the Horn of Africa by the colonialists.

I would recommend Quixotis to go back to the History, comprehend more about the process, during which the British handed over the last part of Howd and Reserve Area of the Ogaden region to Ethiopia in 1954, and realize why the United Nations - Ogaden Chapter considers the border between Somalia and Ethiopia as transitional line and not an international boundary.

Unless Quixotis finds out why the UN gave the King of Norway a mandate to study under whose trusteeship the Ogaden will come, either Ethiopia or Italy, and what the outcome was in 1958, he is missing a lot more to value the reality in the Horn of Africa.

Seriously speaking, Quixotis doesn’t seem someone who worked as a humanitarian aid worker. Aid workers have moral obligations defending the rights of the pitiable people. But, he seems that he is abusing the name of being a humanitarian aid worker; he may be an Ethiopian army officer hiding in an impossible shade.

The name Ogaden Human Rights Committee is mentioned many times in the last report of Human Rights Watch – War Crimes and Crimes Against Humanity in the Ogaden Area of Ethiopia.

This shows that OHRC is a credible Human Rights organization, which does not want to swallow what Quixotis swallowed.

The Ogaden Human Rights Committee is an independent, voluntary, non-political non-profit making organization, founded on 13 June 1995, in Godey, Ogadenia, to monitor and promote the observance of internationally accepted human rights standards in the Ogaden. It investigates all allegations of human rights abuses, and when it is satisfied that the claim is authentic, documents it.

I am from the Ogaden region, and I worked in the Ogaden in different capacities for different organizations, having been a lecturer, an aid worker, a UN staff, up to a Regional Minister.

I see OHRC as one of the most credible and trustworthy organization in exile.

Denunciation of Quixotis’ Comment

1. Characteristic of the Abyssinian impossibility to analyze, document, and demonstrate their assumptions. In fact, nothing is said to demonstrate why OHRC is not (as the author presumes) an "objective, non-partisan body". Nothing is said because nothing can be said; simply, the filthy interests of the disreputable, racist state of Abyssinia are threatened by the commitment of OHRC to Truth, Justice and Human Values – which are all most loathed by the Amhara and Tigray Abyssinian elites.

2. Another aphorism that emanates from the criminal interests of the totalitarian state of Abyssinia. There is no proof – nor can any be found – to support the assumption that OHRC "is fully controlled by the Ogaden National Liberation Front (ONLF)". It is only in the interest of the Abyssinian terrorist state to discredit Human Rights activists in this way.

3. In poorly edited English, the author tries to say that the ONLF is a rebel organization; there is nothing wrong with that. During WW II, when Nazi Germany invaded the territories of independent European nations, they all organized groups of resistance and liberation fronts in order to liberate their homelands from the evil invader. The Ogadenis do the same now against the Amhara and Tigray Abyssinian invaders; and they are not the only to do so!

4. Militaristic can only a state be; eventually an extreme right organization aspiring to set up an ultra-right state. ONLF has nothing to do with militaristic concepts. However, the problem must rather be the low level of English; it’s mistake in Usage.

5. According to the style chosen, the defamation takes the form of a hint, elegantly supported by a question mark! Apparently, a ‘humanitarian aid-worker’ has doubts, but on the other hand, he gives full details about the armed branch! In textual analysis, this is so contradictory that it makes a text analyst laugh. It shows how terribly low the level of the specialists of the Abyssinian Secret Services is; even a fake comment they cannot write!

6. The sincerity of a moment reveals that even for the comment’s author, Ogaden’s annexation by Abyssinia is an illegal act that does not correspond to the local realities; this is concluded from the use of the word ‘but’ that creates a contrast between two opposite situations. The intelligent author is betrayed by his uncontrolled discourse.

7. This is the lie that officially the Abyssinian state has always attempted to systematically diffuse; the 1896 agreement was signed between Great Britain and the Ogadeni chiefs of tribes. Through its terms, and according to English diplomacy oral assurances, it was a guarantee of Ogaden sovereignty (protectorate). It became soon clear that the English intentions were evil, anti-Islamic and anti-Somali and that England had no intention of living up to the agreement. At the same time, England pursued its Anti-Islamic, Anti-Ottoman, Anti-Somali, and Anti-Italian policies, arming the barbaric Abyssinian pseudo-king Menelik whose gravely Anti-African, colonial plans included Ogaden as well. In 1897, England signed another agreement with the responsible of the Oromo Genocide, the criminal gangster Menelik; according to its terms, the Foreign Office recognized this butcher’s claims on Harar, Islam’s holiest shrine in Africa and ages long target of the revengeful, ulcerous anti-Islamic kings of the marginal Abyssinian kingdom. However, Abyssinia never controlled Ogaden beyond Harar, which was annexed in 1897. Following a period of political vacuum, the Italian invasion of Abyssinia limited the French in Djibouti and the English in Somaliland. Ogaden started being occupied by Abyssinian forces in 1948 – 1955.

8. This is an incredible falsehood; by means of unprecedented terror, Somalis from Ogaden are forced to either cooperate with the terrorist state Abyssinia or leave the country. Cooperation takes the form of appointing people in positions through which they have to misrepresent the will of the Ogadenis and thus facilitate the continuation of the Abyssinian barbaric, bestial and inhuman rule.

9. This is the fear of the criminal Abyssinian state, which will be dissolved and broken down to 10 – 14 different states; and this is the horror of the criminal Monophysitic Amhara and Tigray Abyssinian elites who know they are guilty for many Genocides and for numerous Crimes against the Mankind, and realize that soon they will have to dearly pay for their deeds, but of course – foolishly enough – they want to avoid the consequences of their acts.

10. In fact, with my articles, I don’t ignite anything that has not been burning in and by itself, and for a long time. The 13th century "disputes" never ended, and it is always comical to see provisory winners daydreaming about the ‘everlasting’ character of their ‘victory’; in fact, they usually turn to dust, defeated by their victims, and eradicated from the History of the Mankind. Furthermore, those disputes were not "land disputes" but wars between the Enlightenment, represented by African Islam and Somalia, and the Darkness, embodied by the racist, revengeful and alien Abyssinian state.

11. The effort to depict a great national problem, namely the Struggle of the Ogadenis for Freedom, Democracy and Prosperity, as primarily a regional and international issue is absolutely irrelevant and ludicrous. Certainly, every nation’s fight for self-determination and independence draws an interest from regional states and global powers, but the original fact remains the indigenous nation itself, and their inalienable right to National Sovereignty.

No one can deny the right of a people to self-determination because of the balance of the international politics.

12. Assuming that the comment’s author is truly a humanitarian aid-worker, we will have to conclude that he is the most insensitive in front of the dramas that he may have encountered; an inhuman, humanitarian aid-worker. As the term would be a neology and rather an oxymoron, we have to realize that the identification effort at the end of the anti-Ogadeni comment underscores - only too well - the miserably low level of the scribes of the Abyssinian Secret Services.
