Human Desire Is My Weakness

Frozen in time
destined to repeat the same thing over
a thousands faces and a thousands names
never the same but never different
I die a thousands times
but from all the same pain.

I always make the same mistake
follow the same pattern
no matter how hard I try I follow the same path.

I cry many times but my cries echo only in my heart
I have learned silence
I have learned pain
I am eternally damaged
opened for all to see and scorn
No longer do I feel hate
but the want of human desire
the weakness inside.
