HSUS MAKES TOKEN PAYMENT TO HELP STARVING HORSES

In a press release from its public relations office, the Humane Society of the United States (known as HSUS) announced that it has made a small donation to agencies struggling to save countless horses, cattle, sheep and wildlife starving in snowbound Colorado and surrounding states.

The donation (about $10,000) followed a public outcry asking why the organization, claiming millions of members and $150 Million in annual revenues, wasn’t helping people save the animals they love.

For years, animal lovers have donated money and time to the controversial organization, confusing it with friendly animal shelters in home towns everywhere. Critics of the organization charge that HSUS benefits by this confusion, taking money from devoted animal lovers who believe their money is being used to feed and care for animals.
