How to Apply Liquid Eyeliner
The most important factor that matters while applying liquid eyeliner is a firm or steady hand. If your hand shivers too much, most likely it will end up in a mess. The brush that should be used to apply a liquid eyeliner should be a thin one which is usually available with it. Dip the brush in the bottle and remove the excess by dabbing it on its sides. Keep your eyes half open so that you see how you are applying the eyeliner. You can either begin from your inner eye and extend it towards the crease or make shorter strokes on the inner corner, middle and on the outer side and then connect them together. An important thing that you have to remember is that eyeliner should be closer to your upper eyelids as this gives a eyelashes a thicker look. Though a thin line gives an elegant look to the eyes, if you want a thick line, start at the middle and move towards the outer corner of the eye. Applying Eyeliner to the Lower Lid

Once you are done with the upper eyelid, the next step will be to apply eyeliner on the lower eyelid. Begin from the outer end of the eyes and then move closer to the nose.
