Method:

Think of an instance where you wanted to put a Metallica song, say Fade to Black, into your friend's computer. You must've taken out your pen drive, put the song from your computer into it, and then, attached the pen drive into your friend's computer, thus, copying the song into it. Simple? In this case, your pen drive will be your iPod Touch, wherein, you will transfer your entire iTunes library into it, thereby, putting it into your new computer by syncing your iPod Touch with it.   1. To start with, connect your iPod Touch to your old computer, and go to iTunes Source List, where you need to select iPod Options.
  2. When you've selected iPod Options, you need to activate 'Enable Disk Use' check box, and click on OK. This will enlist your iPod Touch as a hard drive in My Computer if you're using Windows OS, and in the Finder, if you're using Mac.
  3. From your iTunes Source List, select Options, and click on Manually Manage Songs and Playlists. Click on OK.
  4. Next, move all your playlists into your iPod manually. You need to start iTunes, and select File, thereby, clicking on Export Library.
  5. Name your library and save it on your iPod Touch.

  10. Last but not the least, open iTunes again, and click on iPod Options to ensure that you've selected the Automatically update all songs and playlists.
