Every student is under constant stress, whether under personal, financial or any other type of stress. In order to achieve better results while not being under stress every student has to know how to cope its financial stress. There are several ways of reducing the stress but first it is good to know how financial stress affects students in negative ways?
Unfortunately, financial stress is one of the most common phenomenon. It has been showed in recent surveys that almost 7 of 10 people are susceptible to stress connected with money. What is shocking only 1 of 10 respondents do not care about money problems. What make things look even worse, the number of people who is concerned about money is still rising.

Financial stress appears to be a tremendous and alarming problem amongst our society. All of us know that stress is connected with health problems specially with illnesses such as depression, anxiety or sleep disorders. A huge number of people is put into a pressure because of troubles connected with current weakness of economy, lower salaries, crisis on mortgage and loan market, rising prices of food and gas, bank troubles and etc.

Sleeping disorders - financial stress tends to create sleeping disorders. Specially people who try to unsuccessfully cope with stress are exposed to sleeping problems. This further results in weakening the immune system and negative mood.

Melancholic mood - many people suffer from chronicle frustration, hopelessness and anxiety when they have to cope with their financial problems. Mortgage problems and credit card debt can cause sadness what can even later lead to depression.

Improper coping habits and actions - Rather than fighting with stress people tend to turn to degrading actions which help them escape from reality. Some of this habits are smoking, drinking or drug abusing.

Small budget for healthy living - people with lesser budget are limiting their expenses on health care. Those who are exposed to financial stress most of the time can not afford basic needs like food medicine or even clothing. Typically, those who fail to provide basic health care for themselves have even more problems and higher level of stress.

It can be noticed that money problem is one of the main reasons of stress nowadays. All people are dealing with finances and only few are fortunate not to be in situation where financial stress has no influence.
