- You will have to take care, that the tails do not burn. In case you notice flames on the grill, move the lobster tails away.
- You will require to grill the legs for about 4 to 5 minutes on either side. The best method to know whether the tails are cooked or not, is to check if they are no more transparent. Once the tails become opaque, remove the tails from the grill. Serve it with butter and a lemon wedge.
