The next best option are student loans offered by banks and financial institutions. You can approach these institutions with details of the course you want to do and the fees that you have to pay. They will tell you how to get a student loan, depending on your course. The banks tell you what is needed from you and if you can provide the required documents and a guarantor, your work is done.
