- Shrimp, 1.5 pounds
- Garlic, minced, 4 tsps
- Green onions, sliced, 6

- White Wine, ¼ cup
- Lemon juice, 2 tsps
- Parsley, chopped, 2
- Salt, 1 tsp
- Pepper, 1 tsp
- Wash and rinse the shrimp with water and leave it aside.
- Melt the butter by heating and fry the garlic to soften it.
- Now add the shrimp and onions on the frying pan. Pour lemon juice and wine and cook together.
- Cover the pan to allow the shrimp to season. Let the shrimp soften and then it will turn pink.
- Stir and add salt, pepper and chopped parsley to the shrimp.
- Garnish with extra butter and lemon slices.
