Making Scrambled Eggs in Microwave
Ingredients
  • Eggs, beaten, 8
  • Salt, ½ tsp
  • Butter, ¼ cup
  • Milk, ¼ cup
  • White pepper, 1/8 tsp
  • Grated Parmesan cheese, ¼ cup

Add butter to a microwave safe bowl and microwave until butter melts, for about 1 minute, on high power. Keep the melted butter aside, take another bowl. Add milk, Parmesan cheese, eggs, pepper and cheese and beat well, when well blended, add the melted butter. Put this mixture again in the microwave and cook for about 2-3 minutes. When cooked, remove from the microwave and let stand for another 2-3 minutes. After the eggs become firm, microwave for only 30 seconds.

Scrambled Eggs with Milk Recipe
Ingredients
  • Butter, 2 tsp
  • Salt and pepper, 1 teaspoon each
  • Eggs, 4
  • Milk, ¼ cup

Take a medium-sized bowl, beat eggs along with pepper salt and milk, blend well. Heat a large non-stick pan over medium heat. When well heated, pour the egg mixture and let set for a few seconds. As the egg begins to set, gently move the eggs towards the edge of the pan, with the help of a spatula or inverted turner. Cook until the mixture is completely thickened. Ingredients
  • Cream style cottage cheese, ½ cup
  • Eggs, 6
  • All-purpose flour, 1½ tbs
  • Milk, ¾ cup
  • Crushed saltine crackers, ¾ cup
  • Pepper
  • Chopped onion, 1/8 cup
  • Butter, 1½ tbs
  • Chopped peeled apple, ½ cup
  • Salt, ¼ tsp
  • Pork sausage, 1 lb

Beat ¼ cup milk and 1 egg in a bowl. When well blended, add in apple, cracker crumbs, 1/8 tsp pepper, sausage and cracker crumbs, mix well. Pat this mixture on a baking pan and bake for about 50 minutes, at 350 degrees. Keep the sausage patty warm when it is baked. In a saucepan, melt butter along with four. Mix well and add the remaining milk. Cook for about 2 minutes, over medium heat until bubbly. Keep this mixture aside and take another bowl. Add the remaining eggs, cheese, salt and pepper in that bowl, when well blended stir in the sauce and cook until the eggs are firm. Spoon the scrambled eggs in the center of the sausage, by forming the sausage into a ring shape.

Ingredients
  • Fresh ground pepper, ½ tsp
  • Non-fat evaporated milk, 2 tbs
  • Large eggs, 4
  • Kosher salt, 1/8 tsp
  • Baking powder, ¼ tsp

Whisk all the ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and let stand for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, spray butter-flavored cooking oil on a heavy non-stick pan.
