How to Make Homemade French Fries

The crispy and sleek, deep-fried French fries are very easy to make. The most important thing that you will need is a good French fry cutter, you can even use the trendy curly fries cutter for the cause, it's your choice! You just have to place the potato in the French fry cutter that is easily available in any home cutlery store and cut the fries! The job is done! Recipe 1
Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes
- 1/3 cup sugar
- Seasoning salt (u can also use the common salt)
- 2 cups of cold water
- Peanut oil for frying
- Wash the potatoes thoroughly and then peel. Make desired sized slices of the potatoes. Take 2 cups of cold water in a bowl and dissolve the sugar in it.
- Soak the potato slices in this mixture for half an hour and then dry them completely. Heat the peanut oil in a frying skillet until fully heated.
- When the oil is heated fully, add the potato slices into the skillet and fry them for 3-5 minutes. Remove the slices from the skillet over a tissue paper and soak the excessive oil thoroughly.
- Now after soaking up all the oil from the fries, deep-fry them for at least 4-5 minutes more (until they turn to golden brown in color). Put the fried potato slices in a pan that is lined with a paper napkin and immediately add salt over them.

- 2 potatoes
- Seasoning salt
- Ground pepper
- Shredded Cheddar cheese
- Butter spray
- Wash the potatoes and peel them. Cut the potatoes with the French cutter.
- Take a baking sheet and place the potato slices on it, forming a single layer and spray butter over it with the help of the butter paper.
- Add your favorite spices to the potato slices and place the baking sheet in a baking pan and place it in a preheated oven.
- Broil the potato slices for 10-12 minutes and turn the sides of all the slices. Broil the turned-up side of the potato slices for 6-8 minutes.
