How to Make Halloween Treats: Tips
Scary apples!:
What you will need
Apples
Almonds

Cut the apple into 4 parts and pick up one quarter. Core this apple and cut a wedge from the skin side of all the quarters. Now, press some almonds into this in a row. These will look like teeth. (The almonds need to be slivered)

Peanut Butter Candy (In shape of eyeballs):
Ingredients
Smooth peanut butter (1/2 cup)
Butter (3 tablespoons)
Vanilla extract (1 tsp)
Candy (1 small bag)
Powdered sugar (1.25 cups)
Red decorating frosting
White chocolate candy coating (6 ounces)

Preparation:
Place peanut butter with butter in a mixer and blend both till it turns creamy. Now, add the powdered sugar with vanilla to this. Beat the mixture till it turns smooth. You need to cover a cookie sheet with aluminum foil. With help of a spoon, you would now need to scoop out balls of peanut butter. Roll these between your palms to make them round. Then, place these on a cookie sheet. Freeze these for half an hour. Then, place the white chocolate coating in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave it till it melts. You need to stir the mixture till it smoothens.

Next, you need to dip the peanut butter balls into the white chocolate coating. You can use your fingers to roll it so that it gets coated completely. Place this back on the cookie sheet. Now, you can dip the remaining peanut butter balls into it. Meanwhile, press a hard candy into the chocolate center till its wet. This will serve as the ‘iris’. Place these back into the refrigerator to harden. Once these set, you can use the frosting to make squiggly lines. This will give the effect of bloodshot eyes! Kids are bound to love these creative candies.
