- 6 hard-cooked eggs
- ¼ cup light mayonnaise
- ½ teaspoon white vinegar
- ½ teaspoon mustard powder
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- Sweet paprika for garnish
Transfer the hard-boiled eggs in a platter and peel the shells. Cut the eggs lengthwise into two halves. For making the filling, remove (pop out) all the egg yolks in a large bowl. Put the empty egg shells in a dish and keep aside. In the bowl containing yolk, add mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard powder, pepper and salt. Stir this filling mixture well and using a spoon, scoop it into the empty egg shells. Sprinkle lightly with paprika for garnishing and allow the deviled eggs to chill in the refrigerator before serving.
Making Deviled Eggs With Relish
Ingredients
- 1 dozen hard-boiled eggs (peeled)
- 3 tablespoons sweet-pickle relish
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- Paprika for garnishing
Place the shell-less boiled eggs in a platter. With a kitchen knife, slice the eggs lengthwise, dividing each into two halves. Remove the yolks from the eggs and keep them in a mixing bowl. Stir in the sweet-pickle relish, mayonnaise and mustard. Combine the mixture with a whisk until blended properly. Fill each of the egg whites with a tablespoon of the yolk mixture. Making Deviled Eggs Without Mayo
Ingredients
- 12 hard-boiled eggs (peeled)
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Alfredo sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Smoked paprika to garnish (optional)
Take the hard-boiled eggs and cut them lengthwise. So, you will get 24 egg halves. With a spoon, scoop out the yolks and place them in a medium-sized bowl.
