To make crepes, plan the procedure ahead so that the wheat flour (batter) rests for at least 24 hours before put to use. This procedure relaxes the gluten and enhances the rising of the flour by soaking up the liquid content and extinguishing the air bubbles. If you wish to use the batter instantly, churn it in a blender right away. Here are some ingredients to make crepes and certain things you'll need which are usually available at home.

Ingredients
  • Wheat Flour [1 cup]
  • Milk ½ cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Water ½ cup
  • Salt ¼ teaspoon
  • Butter [melted] 2 tablespoons
  • Flat frying pan
Directions
  1. Whisk in a large mixing bowl, eggs and flour together.
  2. Then, whilst stirring to combine the matter, gradually pour the milk and water in the bowl.
  3. Next, add some salt and butter and beat the batter until it is very smooth.
  4. Once, the mixture is ready, place a frying pan over a medium high heat and lightly grease with some oil
  5. Scoop approximately ¼ cup of batter out of the bowl and pour it in the frying pan. The ¼ cup quantity would tote up to one crepe each. Taking small quantities at a time, would be manageable to handle.
  6. When frying the batter, keep tilting the pan in a circular fashion, so that the oil evenly coats the surface of the batter.
  7. Say, for 2 minutes, cook the crepe until you see its bottom light brown in color.
  8. Once, that the color is attained, with your spatula loosen up the base of the crepe and turn it the other side, so that it could get cooked.
  9. Serve Hot
You can sprinkle some powdered sugar on the crepe or could drizzle little maple syrup, jam or any filling you wish to serve it in a dessert form. Crepes can either be rolled up as a wrap or could be filled with fresh fruit ice-cream or just fruits in a pie-shape manner. See, not bad at all!
