- 1 tbsp instant coffee
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 sticks butter melted
- 6 tbsp flour
- 8 eggs, separated
- 16 ounces semisweet chocolate chips melted

- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp brandy

Preheat the oven to 400°F and grease and flour a 9'' springform pan. Melt butter in the top of a double boiler, or on a pan place over hot water. Stir the instant coffee into the melted butter. - ¼ cup (½ stick) unsalted butter, cut into pieces, room temperature
- 21 chocolate sandwich cookies (such as Oreos)
