Recipe 1 - With Yogurt

So the ingredients for this recipe are two bananas, two cups of fresh strawberries, one cup of milk, one cup of plain yogurt (can also be replaced with vanilla or strawberry banana yogurt) and sugar for sweetness. Now, clean the strawberries and remove the tops. Cut the banana into small pieces and put both the fruits in a blender along with the milk, yogurt and the required sugar. All you have to do is to blend these ingredients to a smoothie.

Recipe 2 - Without Yogurt
You can either discard yogurt from the above said recipe, or else go for the following strawberry banana smoothie recipe without yogurt. This way also the smoothie tastes great. In this recipe, you need one cup strawberry, one cup milk, ¼ cup sugar or required amount of any artificial sweetener, one banana and a few ice cubes. Recipe 3 - With Orange Juice
In order to prepare a strawberry smoothie with bananas and orange juice, all you need is one small can of frozen orange juice concentrate, one cup water, ¼ cup sugar, one cup of skim milk, ¼ cup crushed ice cubes and one teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional). Mix the ingredients and blend them to the consistency of smoothie.

Recipe 4 - Fat-free Version
In order to make the strawberry banana smoothie fat-free, you have to avoid yogurt, milk and sugar. In this recipe, apart from strawberries, you need only water and honey. So, take around thirty medium-sized strawberries and clean them. Now put the strawberries in a blender along with 240 ml (8 oz) of water and around five tablespoons of honey. Blend and serve in glasses with ice cubes.

It is better to prepare this smoothie at home, as the ingredients are easily available and are inexpensive. Apart from that, you can try different ingredients as per your choice.
