Making a Depth Charge

Classic Depth Charge
Requirements

• Collins glass
• Chopping board
• Knife
• Saucer
• Chilled beer, 150ml
• Vodka, 50ml
• Orange 1
• Sugar 2tsp

Preparation

• Cut the orange into half with the help of knife. Now cut the half once again to get 4 equal pieces.
• Now wipe the rim of the Collins glass with the wedge of the orange pieces.
• Spread the sugar into a plate and tip the glass upside down. The orange rimmed glass gets tucked into sugar.
• Turn the glass and coat the orange rimmed glass with sugar in the form a of circle.
• Now pour the chilled beer into the Collins glass. Make the glass 2/3 rd full.
• Take a shot glass and pour the vodka till full.
• Now dip the vodka shot into the Collins glass.
• The depth charge is ready to drink. Sip it cool.

Variations of Depth Charge
