So you have got a nice skin and wants to make it radiant. Well, this are tips that can help you achieve just that in a short while.
How do you maintain your Skin? I believe God has given you a wonderful one and also expects you to take proper care of it. When you do this, your entire life would be so rewarding and fulfilling in the short and long run. A lot of people have damaged their Skin due to lack of knowledge on how to effectively care for it. Yes, you must first of all, find out what type of skin you posses. When you do this, maintaining it wouldn’t be much of a problem. Do you have an oily Skin like my aunt, or a dry skin like me? What do you experience when the weather is hot, and what do you also feel when it is a cold weather? I have been asking you these questions so that your journey to a radiant skin will be blissful. If you are fair in complexion, then you are very lucky because such skin types are easy to maintain than a chocolate or white skin color. If you have taken inventory of your skin type, then lets move on to the next level.
2) Avoid Dirty Outfit
Do you think I sound sentimental on this step? Well, your explanations could be justified but I can assure you that our outfit matters a lot. If you work in tirelessly all day, there is every tendency that your suit will be dirty. If you doubt me, perceive the odor that will emerge from it. Though you might be working under a cool environment, but due to work and stress, there are some internal sweats that you do not see with your optical eyes. This unseen sweat would settle on your clothes and skin and you may not notice them. Avoid wearing same clothes on 3 - 4 occasions. Wash them thorough and keep them on a safe and dry place. I will also like to add that you should never put on wet clothes come what may. If your clothes aren’t dry, then choose a different one for that day. When you allow them to dry on your body, your skin would absorb the wetness and that can affect your Skin. Always avoid dirty clothes on your body and do not wear wet clothes.
3) Eat Fruits and Vegetables Often
Your Skin is actually what you eat. Fruits and Vegetables contain a very effective skin ointment and building blocks needed to replenish the lost fibre. I would always advice that you eat Fruits in the afternoon and Vegetables in the early evening. When you make this a daily lifestyle, the beauty of your Skin will be visible for the world to see. Soonest, the world would be envious of your pleasantness.
