Well here it is:
Firstly, try and cut back by a couple hundred calories a day during the week. You can do this by eating the same foods, but cooking them at home with less grease or by eating at the same restaurants, but ordering salad, or steamed or raw veggies instead of fried ones.
This will help you find more success on the weekend. You will be more energetic and get closer to your goals.
3 Tips for Losing Weight Over The Weekend:
1. Do not eat any fried foods, pork products, bleached carbohydrates, or high sugar drinks. Your goal is to cut back calories by at least 700 each day, but do not dip below 1200 calories if you are a female, and 1800 calories if you are a male. Otherwise, this will work against you.
2. Eat 5 meals each day. This should include breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a snack before and/or after dinner and lunch, but not within 2 hours of bedtime. Each major meal should include some type of lean protein and a piece of fresh produce. Each snack should be a raw fresh vegetable or a fresh fruit.
3. Exercise for at least 45 minutes twice each day and try to burn as close to 350 calories in each workout as possible.
By following these 3 simple tips and weekend weight loss rules, you can safely lose between 1 1/2 to 3 pounds every single week.
