People who easily gain weight are waiting for the day when overeating can be done without the consequences. In fact, this is the promise that liposuction and diet pills hold—to lose excess fats without having to exert exhaustive efforts. While science continuously tries to devise methods on how to lose weight quickly and effortlessly, presently the truth is all artificial means to remove excess calories have negative side effects, if not limited features. Losing weight should not be as glamorous as what fashion magazine recommends. If we really want to realize something, we can achieve it without shelling out money and by adjusting to what our resources can only afford.
