Ball Jackknife Rotation - Kneel in front of the ball, and place your hands on the side of it. Roll over the ball, walking yourself forward with your hands until your feet are resting on the ball. Using the strength of your stomach and other core muscles, pull the ball forward keeping your legs straight until your toes are on top of the ball. Keeping your hands in place turn your legs and hips from one side to the other while rolling the ball back and forth.
Jogging - Yep your tummy needs it mom. Rather it’s on a treadmill or up and down the neighborhood street; you need to break a sweat. You should try jogging for at least half an hour every other day when starting out.
