Exercising: It is important to maintain a healthy body mass index. Because, obesity increases the risk of kidney diseases. Excess weight can also prevent liver from functioning smoothly. Hence, exercise is important to keep the liver and kidneys healthy. You don't have to do too much exercise, but an hour everyday for 4 times a week is good enough. You can take up any exercise routines for beginners. If you are overweight then consider a weight loss exercise program, that helps you maintain a healthy boss mass index again.
Detox: Perform a regular detox like a natural liver cleanse and kidney cleanse if your doctor allows you too. They can greatly help get rid of any blockage in your liver and kidney and thus prevent any future health problems. However, avoid doing detox one after the other day. After a detox, give a few weeks or months break, and then again you can do a detox.
