How do you create a calorie deficit and what the heck is that?

It means that you take in (consume) less calories than you burn daily and consistently.

You consume calories by eating.
You burn calories by activity and digestion.

If you decrease the calories in and increase the calories out until calorie out is greater than calorie in you have created a deficit and everyday that you do that is a day that you lose some of your beer belly.

There is about 3,500 calorie in a pound of fat. So, lets say you want to lose 2 pounds of beer gut a week then you would need to create a calorie deficit of 7,000 cals a week.

First you will want to start by cutting back high calorie foods, then you'll want to find away to burn calories. You can do that through walking, running, biking, weight circuits, or whatever floats your boat.

Foods To Eat:

Try this for one week, eat only chicken breast, turkey breast, fresh fruits, fresh veggies, milk, eggs, and no "white foods" (pasta, rice, bread). Don't consume more than 2,100 calorie per day.

Then try and exercise 5 days per week. Your goal is to burn 400 calories in each workout.

Before you get started measure your self on the weight scale and try to do a self body fat test (optional). Then track these numbers again on day 3 and day 6 and day 7. On day 7 have a cheat day.
