All the promos and advertisements you see on late night television, or even online, claim to give you your dream body within a time span of a week, but then there is no shortcut to a fit and HEALTHY body!
Look at What You Eat!
Start categorizing your food to 'good' and 'bad'. If you think what you're about to eat is NOT good for you, just don't eat it! As simple as this statement sounds, the harder it is to follow! I mean who doesn't get tempted to grab that amazingly tasty pizza or the all time famous burger... but hey, watch out! If you really want to get in shape fast, eat what is good for your body and NOT for your tongue! Consume a lot of fruits, and prefer eating the whole fruit instead of going for fruit juices, as the fiber of the fruit gives you a more fuller feeling. See, the whole point of exercising is to shed of the already accumulated fat in your body! You don't have to pick weights or run for hours! Your body needs adequate amount of sleep, which is around 7-8 hrs a day! So make sure you follow the rule of "Early to bed and early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise!" Yes, that's right! Unlike the standard practice of eating 3 full-on meals a day, eat about 7-8 small meals within a time period of 2-3 hours. By 7-8 meals, I don't mean a roasted chicken or a pork chop! Eat healthy meals like oat meals, fruits and fresh vegetables, whole grain wheat etc. This way, you don't starve, you eat more and you also lose weight!
Most of us think that the only way to get in shape fast is to join a gym, or a military camp! But what happens when you join a gym, they ask you to run on the treadmill, do strength training, alter your calorie intake, etc. And this is exactly what is written above!
