No, this won't be easy...But nothing this amazing is. It will take some work and some sacrifice on your part, but if you are up for the challenge, then you will be able to get a six pack in a week.

For starters, this post is not for people who are 15+ pounds overweight or with a body fat percentage of more than 13% for men and 16% for women. This doesn't mean that these tips won't help, they will, but this goal will take a little longer than just 1 week. Just repeat the secrets a couple of weeks in a row with a cheat diet day to separate the weeks and keep your metabolism running high.

How to Get a Six Pack in a Week - 4 Rules

1. These foods only for 7 days: Boneless, skinless Chicken breast, boneless, skinless turkey breast, any type of bean, any kind of fresh fruit or fresh vegetable, use non-stick spray for cooking, non-fat or 2% milk, egg whites (go back to whole eggs for normal eating), and no "white foods" like white pasta, white potatoes, or foods with white flour like white bread.

2. Only eat 1,800 calories for normal sized men, and 1,200 for average sized women: Eat at least 100 grams of carbohydrates for healthy body functions, and the majority of the rest of your carbohydrates should come from lean protein sources. Be careful of high calorie drinks like beer, wine, juices and sodas. I know you're so hating me right now, but just for a week, then on your cheat day, you can have some other options.

3. 500 Calorie Workouts: You should look to burn at least 500 calories every day, and should also have a couple of exercises that build lean muscle like squats, bench, and lat pulls included in your regimen. The goal for your workouts is to burn 500 calories and build some lean muscle.

4. Measure and Track: Track and measure your body fat percentage on the first day, the third day and the six day. If on the six day you are seeing results, but need a little kick, just increase your calories burned by 500. This will take a little longer and may be a little harder, but the results will be worth it. Do this again on day 7. You can also split your workout up into 2 parts.

It's important that you stay hydrated before, during, and after workouts. It can take up to two days to hydrate so don't become dehydrated and you won't have to worry about it.

Okay, this is the plan: Stick to it for 7 days and you will get a six pack in 7 days. Now, you officially know how to get a six pack in a week.
