❖ Say the mantra you have chosen softly in a rhythmic way that doesn't tire you out. Within a couple of days you will find the right pitch to say the mantra.
❖ Use your mantra to finish the mantra and allow your body to feel the vibrations it creates.
❖ Do not force yourself to concentrate on the mantra. In the first two weeks of exploring this type of meditation, your mind will wander on a trail of unwanted thoughts. However, give it time to learn a focused method of meditation. If you lose track of the mantra, do not make a forced attempt of getting back to it.
