How to Curl Your Hair

What are the best ways to curl your hair?
Curly hair is always a good look. It's quite common for girls with straight hair to try out curls now and then and vice versa. It can totally transform how somebody looks. In the eighties curls took off and just kept getting bigger. They were even found on the men. The perm was a one stop shop for curls that more than a few regretted after that decade was over. For fine examples on both genders check out Jon Bon Jovi or John Mcleans wife Holly in the Die Hard films.

Curls do have their downside though. They can be very unruly and the birds nest scenario can happen if the hairs not properly cared for. The roots of curly hair are more likely to be oily which can make the hair soft and weak.

Although the perm has fallen out of favor for now curly hair in one form of another is always fashionable. If you are not blessed or cursed with it there are plenty of ways to change your hairs style. The most common is with hair curling tongs or straighteners. Normal hair straighteners can be used to curl hair if you know what you're doing. You first need to wrap your hair around the bottom plate of the straighteners. Then move the straightener down towards the end and rotate outwards. It's surprisingly easy to do although it's easier to get someone else to do it for you.

This is a fairly easy way but it requires electricity and heat which can damage hair. There is an alternative in the form of rageaze. These are rags that you can just wrap around your hair that you want to curl. Leave them in for an hour and bingo, curly hair. Thje beauty of these is that you can use them anywhere. Much like a cordless straiightener but without the damage.
