How To Cope With A Break Up

People don't always know ways to cope with breakups. This will help you get over the pain as soon as possible.
Breaks up are really tough on you. Your mind can't stop thinking about your ex, the world seems to get smaller, you don't want to do anything. If you spent all day laying on your couch watching TV it would be ok. However, there are better ways to cope with a break up.

Get Social Again. Before you start feeling better you need to get out and experience life more. Call your friends up, get together, and find something to do you think will distract your from the breakup pain. If you can't think of anything let them decide then go out and try to have some fun.

New Hobbies. Or perhaps rediscover an old one. This will get your mind actively thinking again about things not related to your ex. Some of the more effective activities to do are working out, hiking, bicycling and other physical activities. They will help work out your heart ache more than you may think.

Relationship Evaluation. Finally, you need to spend some real time actually running through the relationship in your head. Try to find out where the downward spiral started. Think of what you could have done different. Then if you decide you want your ex back you'll be able to approach the situation much better than you would have without this evaluation.

Whether you want your ex back or not these things will also help you get more out of life. By distracting your mind you will let time takes it course and help you cope with the break up.
