the time to look past the compensation and products and really

in training and educating you." (Kiyosaki, 30)

Those two sentences just about sum up what you should be looking for in a network marketing business. That said, it seems every company claims to have a solid training program. How can you tell which one is for real?

Well, one of the simplest ways is to ask. Ask the person you are speaking with to share the training program. Is it a full A to Z program, or does it consist of buying internet leads, calling them, and reading a script?

A company with a solid training program will teach you how to do EVERYTHING from start to finish. What’s more, the skills they teach will be ones you and others can duplicate.

Regardless of how great your product is, if you cannot effectively reach people, you are dead in the water….even if it is the cure for cancer. This is the first thing to look for. How do you generate leads and prospects.

If you are planning on running an internet business, you will probably want to find people online. Does your company know how to do this? Do they have a program to teach you? If you believe internet marketing consists of placing paid ads, pay per click, and buying leads, you are very mistaken.

If that is the training program for the company you are looking at, I’d keep looking. The truth is, internet marketing consists of many different things….most of which are FREE….if you know what you are doing.

Do they teach you how to communicate with people who respond to your marketing? Email will be a large part of this. There should be solid education on HOW to write effective emails. At the same time, effective emails should already be prepared. This allows you to be 100% effective while you learn how to write your own.

Finally, do they teach you how to teach others? You see, the key in network marketing is duplication. If you learn all the skills you need, but your downline does not, you’ll be dead in the water. The company should not only have a training program, but is MUST be one that you can duplicate with others.

This does not mean that you must be doing the teaching on day one. In fact, that would be a warning sign. However, education should be available on audio and text so that new people can plug in and get the exact SAME training that taught others to be successful.

In the end, the education is the #1 item to look for when choosing a Florida home based internet business. If you are properly taught, not only can you have success in MLM, but you can have success in almost any other endeavor you pursue.
