Shoulders can be made flexible by stretching both your arms (parallel to the ground) as far as possible and holding them in the position for about five minutes. For the first couple of days you will feel the pain, but with regular exercises you will be able to hold out your arms for good five minutes. Back exercises have to be done very carefully and preferably under someone's attention. Lie down on the floor and then sit up straight, with legs straight in front of you. Slowly release from the position and perform the same on the left side. You can do this exercise standing up as well, with your arms spread out sideways. Legs are a very important part of your physique. Sit in the same position as you were sitting for the back exercises. Keep your legs as straight as possible so as to stretch them.
