Egg White
Egg white is the white liquid contained in an egg, which is also called albumin, and is named after the protein it contains. Egg Yolk

Consumption of raw egg does not suit everyone, as it may cause stomach problems. It can suit only those, who have a strong digestive system. Soft-boiled Eggs
A soft-boiled egg is a very healthy meal as all nutrients are intact inside the egg. A whole soft-boiled egg has about 78-80 calories. It contains 5-7 gm of fats, of which 1.5 - 2.5 gm are saturated fats. The amount of calories obtained from an egg also depend upon the method of boiling. It should be boiled for specific period of time, which depends on whether you want it hard or soft, and should be consumed immediately.
Hard-boiled Eggs
Hard-boiled eggs are cooked for more time than soft boiled eggs, preferably in boiling water. The complete boiling of an egg curbs the possibility of any infection to the person who consumes it. Calories in hard-boiled egg is about 78-81calories. It contains approximately 6.07 - 6.04 gm of fats.
Scrambled Eggs
Scrambled egg contains almost 100 calories. It contains 7.9 gm of fat. Scrambled egg is made by stirring the egg contents after breaking its hard shell and cooking it on a low flame. If it is taken with milk or if it is cooked with butter or cheese it will again add to the calories.
Poached Eggs
A poached egg is an egg that has been boiled in water without its hard covering. Poached egg contains about 79-81 calories same as that of hard-boiled egg. Poached egg contains about 6.07- 6.04 gm of fats.
Egg Sandwich or Egg Salad with Mayonnaise
You may find egg sandwich or egg salad with mayonnaise tasty but it has large amount of calories. Egg sandwich or egg salad with mayonnaise contains 556 calories. The total fat content of this recipe is about 44.05 gm.
