How Green Is Your Bag?

I had a rare occasion to spend time with my cousin without our children so we went shopping at non-kid-friendly places. I walked into a small store in a historic shopping district to see what they had to offer. Some unique jute bags caught my eye with interesting designs and a splash of embroidery touting "How Green Is Your Bag?". I wrote down the website and looked them up. Come to find out, a couple moms from that same small town I was visiting had made a foray into retailing to try to make things better for the environment. How impressive that they would see a problem and work to make it better. I don’t have that kind of vision or drive, but I think what they are doing is fantastic. The bags will probably catch people’s eye to carry for other uses as well since they don’t look plain and boring like the ones I had seen at my grocery stores.
