How easy is it
To grab the gun
How easy is it
To drink those pills
How easy is it
To hold that knife

Simple
I say
Anyone could
Hold a knife
Drink pills
Grab a gun

Anyone
Could slit there wrist
Stop there heart
Blow there brains out

But it takes the strong
To put down the knife
Throw out the pills
And put away the gun

Let those who have died be examples of what humans have done
And let those who have lived be examples
Of how we need to continue living
