1. Cellulite Dieting: Change your diet so that it is made up of at least 40% lean protein. That lean protein can come from any source you want, so long as it is a source that is low in fat. Regardless of what most people say, Pork is not a lean protein source.
I am not saying that you won't ever eat pork, but that it should be considered a delicacy, and eaten sparingly.
Some examples of lean protein sources would include: chicken, turkey, yogurt, milk, tofu and eggs.
These are all great sources of lean protein.
2. Exercising to Get Rid of Cellulite: All exercises are good in their own right, but not all exercises are cut from the same cloth. Certain exercises are better than others based on two factors... how fun they are for you and their ability to burn calories and develop lean muslce.
Exercises that do either are great, but exercises that do both are better.
This will make it easier for you to stay on track. You have to mix in physical activity that you find fun or somewhat fun. Walking at the lake, biking the trails, rowing, playing with the kids.
These are all great ways to get physically active that are fun and effective.
3. Weight Lifting to Lose Cellulite: Yes, your weight lifting program can be the most important part in helping you lose cellulite fast.
Why?
In order to get rid of cellulite fast, you have to get rid of excess fat. In order to get rid of excess fat, you need to burn as many calories as possible as quickly as possible.
The more lean muscle you have, the more calories you burn during exercise and at rest. So, developing lean muscle mass is critical to getting rid of cellulite... getting rid of fat.
4. Consistency: This is so important. None of this will work if you don't find some consistency doing it. I'm certainly not saying you won't have days that you totally "cheat", but that as long as your overall trend is good, you will be ok.
