• Itching, burning and irritation in vagina
• Pain during intercourse

Penile Yeast infection Symptoms
The symptoms of penile yeast infection appear within a couple of days of getting infected and are nearly similar to those of vaginal infection. The following are the symptoms of yeast infection in men.

• Itching and pain around penis
• White discharge
• Cracked skin

Both, men and women experience pain during intercourse when suffering from genital yeast infection. It should also be noted that this infection can be transmitted from one person to the other during a sexual intercourse and hence, it is essential to identify and treat it as soon as possible.

Yeast infection treatment includes the use of anti fungal medications and ointments or use of home remedies like tea tree oil and garlic.
