When you are considering a work from home online program it is important to consider the things that you feel are important. I know that I have been researching other ways to make money and I have written a checklist that you can refer to if needed. I am going to look at 4 different points which I consider to be important before I think about joining a program to earn money online.

1. The product. This is very important because people get sucked into the sales pitch of making lots of money and don't really look to see if the product is of good value. It is this product which will determine your business status and reputation.

The product should be something that people want and are willing to pay for. If this product satisfies a need that is important as well, but the want overshadows the need. Programs that are geared to make us money are essentially to promote the business opportunity, but don't dismiss the quality of the product. I personally like online based products because they are instant, no waiting for your items to be delivered. For this reason programs that require a membership and products that give information are interesting.

2. The money. Most people who work from home online want to make money quickly in this business. If they don't, motivation subsides and they quit.

By promoting a home business program as your main money making venture it is important that people are able to earn cash. Many programs are now set up for you to earn money instantly, instead of waiting a couple of months to be paid. This method is far better for everyone enabling instant access to the money earned from product sales and enrolling new members.

3. Support and Training. It is very important to have access to information if you need help, as there are always questions to ask, no matter how experienced you are.

Support includes things such as product delivery, payments, marketing resources, websites, advertising and more.

4. Company Reputation. I do not consider it is that important for the company to be years old, because there are many new opportunities available online.

What is important to me is the people that I will be dealing with and if they are going to help me make money. I make this point because many people will dismiss a great opportunity because the business has not long been established.
