House Cleaning Checklist

If you know very well what you have to do every day, every week, every month, in each corner of your house, on the basis of a house cleaning checklist, your work will be much easier.

Checklist of Daily House Cleaning
Well, let’s see what you have to do every day!
1. Washing the dishes – it is not a very pleasant activity, but it is absolutely necessary, if you don’t want to find dry food remnants on your plates, which can get altered, and they also might smell horrible! Washing them daily is the best solution!

2. House cleaning also includes dusting the furniture on a daily basis, as well as washing the flooring, and sanitizing the toilet and the bath.

3. Washing bed clothing or underwear – not all the families have laundry every day, but work equipment, sport equipment, school uniforms, playing clothes can gather daily to be washed.

4. Daily tidying – it does not take you a lot of time to give back the pleasant aspect of the space you live in! A tidy room offers you the comfort necessary; you can be relaxed in it. In order to be efficient, you must make a decision, you the owner of the house, concerning different objects stored in your house. You might keep them and store them, or you might offer them as a gift, or sell them, or throw them away, but don’t let them stay in your way!

Checklist of Weekly House Cleaning
Weekly cleaning is the occasion when dust is removed from each corner of the house; therefore you don’t have any reason to be afraid of allergies. You will use the vacuum cleaner behind the wardrobes, the beds, and your kitchen furniture. Then you’ll do the vacuum cleaning on the carpets, stairs, sofas, flooring.

The following activities are cleaning the windows, the tiles, the grit stone, and the tapestry will be refreshed. You will also clean your electronic equipment, your TV set, your computer, as well as the fridge and the cooker. After that you will check if the footwear is clean.

Checklist of Monthly House Cleaning
As far as monthly cleaning is concerned, if you look around carefully, you may notice that even if at first sight everything seems clean, you have to perform another kind of cleaning, different from weekly cleaning, a more exhaustive one.

In this case you must clean the lamps, the ceiling fittings, the applications, as well as the walls, the ceilings, all the corners, the desk, the inside of the cupboards in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Then, you’ll have to clean the chimney hood filters or the air-conditioning filters, the drawers, the dressing table, the shelves, and the pictures, the knick-knocks, the cabinets. Furthermore, don’t forget the wood from the windows, and the windows of course, the balcony, and the terraces.

Moreover, the curtains, the coverings and plush toys will be washed as well.
The next item on the checklist is the bookcase, which must be cleaned using the vacuum cleaner. Then all the batteries from the household items are checked. Fire alarms, security alarms and surveillance cameras will be also checked!

Seasonal House Cleaning
Another kind of house cleaning is performed every season. On this occasion you maybe want to change the interior and the exterior of your house: plants, garden, you will change your clothes according to the season, and you will clean and store your footwear. You will change the curtains, the draperies and the isolation cushions at the window. You may also select the clothes which you don’t wear any more, in order to give them away.

Bathroom Cleaning Checklist
The bathroom is one of the most important rooms in your house. To keep it clean, you must put the dirty clothes in a special basket, after you have checked the content of the pockets, check shampoo bottles or those containing foam, or toothpaste tubes, and throw away the empty ones. Make sure that you have disinfecting substances in your bathroom. Then wash the toilet using the proper brush and solution. Clean the tiles and dry them. Clean the wash basin and the sanitary equipment, taps, shower battery, clean the mirror, wash the flooring, and finally wash the bucket, the mop and the dusters.

Bedroom
The bedroom is that room of the house in which everybody needs to be relaxed. Therefore it must be clean, too. So, select all the things in your bedroom and put them away, in their place. Pick dirty clothes and put them in the basket, air the bed clothing or change it if there is the case. Make the beds and do the vacuum cleaning, then clean the floor, and dust the furniture.
