Planning an event requires so much coordination, it often seems like an insurmountable task to get everything done in time. And if you're planning a wedding, with guests coming in from out of town, well, let's just say I have the utmost respect for wedding planners. Whether or not you've got a professional handling things for your big day, you still need to okay everything that's decided on, and some things, like your wedding invitation wording, wedding announcement wording or hotel accommodation wording you might want to look after yourself, irrespective. Getting the wording right can seem like an arduous task, and finding the right tone may be challenging. So, what to write in a hotel accommodations card? You need to take special care of the comfort of people from out of town who are making the effort to come for your wedding. Resort Accommodation Wording

If you're having a destination wedding, and have made arrangements with a resort, these are some things you can include in the hotel accommodation wording to extend your hospitality. Remember that while you may be familiar with the place, your guests may not, so take some time to put down any information in your resort accommodations wording you feel will be helpful. The following information might help get you started:

• A travel agent to help with travel arrangements to the destination
• A map to help guests get to the hotel, or any transportation, or other travel tips you think may be useful
• An overview of the festivities, or a schedule of events
• Different rates for hotel accommodation, (for rooms, suites etc)
• Child care facilities, if any, or children's activities.
• Include a map of the destination and any interesting spots that you feel are worth a visit, for guests who can stay on
• Special clothing that might be required (for instance for a beach wedding); information about the expected weather is also useful.

Hotels will often throw in some benefits and facilities for a big enough group (like breakfast, welcome drinks, or discounted meals and services), so you may well be able to negotiate a good hotel deal. Inform your guests of these additional facilities so that they can take advantage of them. If there are a number of options as far as hotel accommodation in the area goes, you could also include a list of these to allow guests to make their own choice of hotel. Bed and breakfast accommodation is also a good choice, since most of the day will be spent attending the festivities, in which case you can modify the above information to accommodate hotel bed and breakfast wording in your card.
