Hence, it is recommended that you take one to two years of experience in janitorial services from some other non-hospital setting. This will familiarize you with janitorial services so that you can work with better efficiency at hospitals which demand higher standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Shopping malls, schools, residential buildings, small offices are good places to start with your janitorial career. While hospitals may recruit freshers, your experience will be rewarded in some way.
