taught me this
when I was young;

Honesty is the best Policy.

My sons name is Randall Allyn Frank.
He was disrespected,
dishonored and treated brutally
because the government failed to charge
a sex offender who raped him at a year of age
with a crime.

They charged him instead -

At age eleven.

He would have been
in his twenties now -
but I lost him at the age of seventeen.
