In half gallon of water, mix ½ cup of hot red peppers, green onions and horseradish leaves and root. Blend the ingredients well so that they get mixed properly. In one gallon of water, add 1 cup of tobacco. Boil the tobacco leaves in the water or steep for at least 24 hours. The mixture will be ready to use when it turns like dark tea.
