- Whole Milk 3 Cups
- Instant Coconut Cream Pudding 1 Packet
- Crushed Pineapple 1 Can (8 Ounces)
- Rum Flavoring 1 Teaspoon
- Vanilla Extract 1 Teaspoon
- Add all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix on medium speed until the mixture is evenly blended.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze as per the directions provided with the ice cream maker.

- Blanched and dried almonds Ό pound
- Sugar 2/3 Cup
- Vanilla Extract 1 Teaspoon
- Water 1 Pint
- Salt A few grains
- In a food chopper that has a disk for grinding nut butter, grind the almonds till they are fine.
- Mix the paste of the almond with salt and water.
- Cook the paste in a double boiler till it is creamy.
- Cool the paste. Add sugar and vanilla extract.
- Freeze the mixture for some excellent almond flavored ice cream.

- Orange Juice 3 Tablespoon
- Light Cream 4 Cups
- Vanilla Extract 1 Teaspoon
- In a saucepan, mix the blueberries, sugar and orange juice. Mash the berries slightly and cook over a medium flame stirring occasionally till the mixture starts boiling. Simmer the mixture for five more minutes and then turn off the heat.
- Blend the mixture in a food processor and then push the mixture through a strainer using the back of a wooden spoon. Let the mixture cool for sometime.
- In an ice cream maker, mix the blueberry mixture with the cream and vanilla extract. Freeze as per the directions provided with the ice cream maker.

- Egg Yolk 6
- Whole Milk 1 Cup
- Heavy Cream 1.5 Cups
- Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
- Vanilla Extract ½ Teaspoon
- Coarsely chopped walnuts or pecans ½ Cup
- Add the cream in a heavy bottom saucepan and heat till the cream starts simmering.
- Whisk the maple syrup, cornstarch and the egg yolks together.
- Add this mixture, to the hot cream and boil till until the mixture thickens a little. Do not let the mixture boil.
- Strain the mixture into a large bowl.
- Cool the mixture a little and whisk in the milk and vanilla.
- Chill the mixture thoroughly before freezing it in the ice maker.
- Add the walnuts or pecans towards the end of freezing.

- Chocolate cream filled sandwich cookies 25
- Butter 3 Tablespoons
- Raspberry Ice cream ½ gallon
- Hot Fudge ½ Cup
- Fresh Raspberries
- Finely crush 100 chocolate cream filled sandwich cookies.
- Combine the crushed cookies and the butter and mix it properly.
- Press the mixture onto the bottom of a 9 inch pie plate.
- Stand the whole cookies up around the edges and pressing it lightly into the crust.
- Freeze the pie plate for an hour.
- Spread half the raspberry ice cream over the crushed cookies.
- Cover this layer of ice cream with a quarter of the fudge.
- Freeze the pie plate for an hour again.
- Spread the remaining ice cream over the fudge and then the remaining fudge over the ice cream.
- Freeze overnight.
- Garnish with fresh raspberries.
- Let the pie stand for in room temperature for 15 minutes before cutting.
