If you are wearing any nail polish on the toe nails, remove it with the nail paint remover. Take a nail cutter and trim the toe nails. Bring the nails in shape with a nail filer. Now, wash your feet with plain warm water. Pat dry the feet with a towel. Apply a thick layer of good quality moisturizer. Wear socks for the next 3-4 hours. This will prevent the escape of moisture from your feet to the atmosphere.

Recipe 1: Make the soak water by mixing warm water with ½ a cup of bath salt and a cup of fresh milk. The lactic acid in milk helps in loosening of the dead skin. Make the feet scrub by mixing a cup of baby oil and ½ a cup of coarse sea salt.
Recipe 2: Mix a cup of fresh milk, 2-3 drops of almond extract and a bowl of warm water together to form soak water. You may use a paste made by mixing gram flour and yogurt as a feet scrub.
Recipe 3: Mix a bowl of warm water with 3-4 drops of honey and 9-10 drops of lemon juice or vinegar. Use this mixture as the soak water. Make a paste with banana and honey. Rub it on your feet.
